On April 1st eight children competed in the Rotherham Primary Schools table tennis championships at Wickersley Comprehensive School.  Both teams reached the semi-finals where they were defeated by very strong teams from Bramley Sunnyside.

The children were a credit to the school and showed how their skills have developed with coaching from Alan Dunn of the Rotherham Scorpions.

Team members were:

Y6:  Jack Parkin, Jake Myers, Jobe Mason, Tom Evans and Jack Smith;

Y5: Dylan Smith, Charley Luckett, William Smith and James Clark.
