Mexican (Swine) Flu
01 May 2009
The school is receiving a great deal of advice from the Government about the Mexican flu. In assembly the children have been given good advice on hygiene:
1. Always wash hands after using the toilet, handling soil, animals, etc;
2. Always wash hands after using the toilet;
3. If sneezing, or coughing, try to sneeze into a tissue and then wash hands. If no tissue is available sneeze into your sleeve.
Hopefully there will not be a major problem but we need to develop good hygiene practices which, I know, will be the norm at home.
At present there does not appear to be any concern in this area. I will update the website if there are ny developments.
