The school chess team played in a chess jamboree at Sitwell Junior School on Saturday, March 6th.  They played teams from Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley.

The following children represented the school:

Dylan Platts, Scott Bradley, William Smith, Thomas Hughes, Oakley Martin, Leighton Martin, Iwan Robinson, Jack Smith, Joshua Smith, Kieran Taylor, Kaine Benton and Ashdonn Trigg.

At present they are lying in 3rd place in the competition.
