This basketball final took place at the Institue of Sport and our team had ten players.  We travelled with Mr. Walker, Mrs. Siddall and Mr. Robinson.  We played against eight different schools and the first one was Sitwell.  Another one was St. Michael's.

When we arrived we had a mini-coaching session and we practiced shooting, dribbling and cross-overs.  We did each activity for two minutes.  Then we played four matches before the break and four afterwards as well.  We won five, drew two and lost 1.

Finally we had the presentations and we found that we had finished in third place.  When we left the building we felt great and we knew that we had done out best.

The team was:  Bailey Sutton, Mitchell Sutton, Luke Robinson, Oakley Martin, Brad Crookes, Charley Cadwallander, Mollie Hathaway, Lydia Waters, Lauren Beck and Georgia Buxton.
