Leaver’s Disco
It will not be possible to hold the disco outside due to the weather. THIS WILL MEAN THAT FOUNDATION CHILDREN, DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS, CANNOT ATTEND THIS EVENT.
Children in KS1 & 2 (Classes 3 – 11) are invited. The disco starts at 6.30 p.m. and finishes at 8 p.m. Entry is £1.50 – free for Y6. PLEASE NOTE THAT KS 1 CHILDREN (CLASSES, 3, 4 & 5) CAN ONLY ATTEND IF IN THE CARE OF A PARENT.
• The entry point is by the door on the junior playground (the Baring Road gate will be open) – entry from the car park, through the main entrance, is for children with helpers or Y6 children arriving by limousine. NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILD SHOULD USE THE CAR PARK ENTRANCE.
• PARKING – Please park on Baring Road (above the school and in the turning area) and enter through the Boy’s Club – you can then walk round the back of school to the Junior playground. There is limited parking in the school car park for helpers. It is not possible to use the Junior playground for parking as this will be used for games if the weather clears sufficiently.
